HiP College Recruiting Meeting - 7PM Friday February 3rd at Lindenwood University
Registration for this Friday's College Recruiting Meeting is first come first serve. The meeting will be held at the Anheuser-Busch Leadership Room in the Spellman Center Building on LU’s campus at 7PM Friday February 3rd. The meeting will discuss the following topics:

1) How do you choose the right college and volleyball program for you?
2) The competitiveness of the recruiting process and what can I do to maximize my opportunities to play in college?
3) Recording volleyball matches for the purpose of making a recruiting video.

This meeting is free and open to anyone in our club, but space is limited. The following link allows you to register for this meeting which will be led by our College Recruiting Director Matt Martin.

Boy's High School Pre-Season Clinics
High Performance-STL is offering clinics for 9th-12th grade boys as they prepare for their high school seasons. The clinics will cost $35 per session and will be held at the C4 training facility in Creve Coeur.
Training sessions will be on February 7, 9, 14, and 16 from 4:00PM-5:30PM. Contact Jean Evans with any questions:

Another Great HiP Tournament Weekend!!!
Congrats to the HiP boys teams that competed in the Gateway Boy's National Qualifier over last weekend. It was the best Qualifier showing in HiP history. 4 teams earned bids to Open Nationals, 17Gold, 15Gold, 15Navy, and 14Gold. All 4 made it to the championship, with 17Gold and 15Navy winning. 4 teams in the finals of a single qualifier was the most ever in club history. 7 teams finished in the top 5 of their age groups, 18Gold-5th, 17Navy-4th, and 16Gold-5th.

17Gold did not drop a single set the entire tournament. That was the 1st time in club history that that occurred.

15Navy winning 15s was the 1st time a club's 2nd team has ever won the 15s age group. It is only the 2nd time that's happened in any age group. The 2011 HiP 18Navy being the 1st team.

Also, it was the first time 2 teams from the same club played each other in the championship match. Great job!
